This idea originally came from my simple question about a lion door knocker, “Where on earth are their bodies?”

The reason why a lion has been widely used for the motif of door knockers is that lions are regarded as lookouts since they have been said to sleep with their eyes open. They are protecting our houses from something evil from outside. From this point of view, I thought there has to be something welcoming our guest inside of the house.

I literary created his body inside of a door, which comes with a lion door knocker. Once visitors are welcomed, they can get back of the lion and see his hip, which is funny and peaceful in comparison to his savage face outside of the door.

Additionally, the hip and tail can be used as a coat hook.
